Enjoy a Visible Impact Role Working Directly with Business Process Owners & SMEs

If you combine your strong business analysis abilities with a background in general accounting and/or finance and outstanding leadership and communication skills, the role of Business Analyst with The Shyft Group offers you some compelling opportunities:
  • You will join a collaborative, tight-knit Implementation team whose members work hard but also bring a good deal of fun and humor to the table. We support one another and learn and improve as a unit both in wins and missteps.
  • You will be the fifth analyst on our long-tenured team of analysts and developers. When people join us they tend to stay, as evidenced by the team's decades of experience.
  • Simply put -- this is a fun role. You will work with experts and enjoy a wide view of the business and our products. The pace is fast and there are always new things on the horizon; there are always things you don't know and plenty of opportunities to learn and advance your skills. What you're working on this year will not be what you're working on next year.
  • While you could be happy and challenged in this role for years to come, you can also spotlight your talent and potential for taking on new responsibilities and/or roles.
  • You will be part of an essential business. While other organizations are cutting back, The Shyft Group is growing rapidly, both organically and through acquisitions. Likewise, the Implementation team splits their time between conversion projects for the existing business and new business implementations.
The Shyft Group (NASDAQ: SHYF), is North America’s leader in specialty vehicle manufacturing, assembly, and upfit for the commercial, retail, and service specialty vehicle markets. The Shyft Group rebranded in 2020 to reflect a new focus on high-growth end markets to help ensure long-term profitable growth. Our new name and renewed focus reflects the action, speed, and agility we offer the commercial vehicle industry through our growing roster of dynamic brands — Utilimaster, Royal Truck Body, DuraMag, Strobes-R-Us, Spartan RV Chassis, and Builtmore Contract Manufacturing.

Pictured: The Charlotte facility will manufacture the Velocity, a highly productive, fuel-efficient delivery vehicle. Among other differentiators, the Velocity offers big-truck interior space without requiring a commercial driver's license -- thus expanding the pool of potential drivers for fleet operators. You will see these vehicles on the road and be able to tell friends and family, "I support the team that makes those."
