Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager, as Senior Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for corporate accounting and financial consolidations, and supporting accounting for acquisitions and other special projects. Additional responsibilities include general accounting and coordination of accounts payable and receivable.

More specifically, you will:

• Perform monthly accounting close cycle activities, including, but not limited to, preparation and/or review of journal entries, fixed assets, monthly general ledger account reconciliations and other supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
• Ensure coordination of the monthly consolidation processes.
• Prepare and/or analyze financial and operational reports as required by regulatory agencies, banks, investors, and other external parties.
• Support the accounting for acquisitions including post-transaction transition.
• Participate in the review and analysis of the organization's accounting procedures; establish, develop, and/or recommend accounting policies to management.
• Assist in the preparation of the Company’s external reporting (10-K/10-Q).
• Support the analysis of complex financial information and transactions.
• Support process improvement and participate in the implementation and testing of financial systems.
• Review and monitor the performance of internal controls over corporate accounting and consolidations.
• Assist in identifying internal control deficiencies, proposes corrective actions, and ensures the timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.
