You will train and work on-site, and once you have demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach, we will consider a hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement. More about the Role
In addition to the responsibilities described under The Role tab, you will:
  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Management team, including data entry
  • Ensure purchase orders and invoices are properly processed; may require data entry and analysis
  • Complete monthly reports (charts, data, and graphs) in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in maintaining adequate records to support buying activities, audit control, supplier performance, and expenditure reporting
  • Able to take on some responsibilities for procurement of MRO (Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations - indirect material) items
  • Assist with analyzing quotes and soliciting written and verbal quotes from suppliers
  • Prepare and handle confidential information
  • Follow established processes and procedures and assist in implementing improvements
  • Other tasks as assigned

We are looking for an articulate, energetic, creative, and positive individual for this role. We'll provide the training and support, but you should be motivated to learn and take a proactive approach to getting up to speed quickly. Once up to speed, you should take pride in achieving goals independently, but also remain willing to ask questions as necessary.

Your interpersonal skills also will be essential, as you will collaborate with multiple internal and external contacts. You should have the ability to build solid relationships with others. You may get requests and input from three different people in the department, so you should get clarity on priorities and be willing to manage expectations.
